Consulting Fees:

New Patient Set Up: $50.00 non-refundable fee is required at time of setting up an appointment. This covers Dr.Herman’s time reviewing prior records.

0-3 minutes for follow-up or questions to be answered: no charge
4-15 minutes: $55.00
16-30 minutes: $110.00
31-45 minutes: $165.00
46-60 minutes: $220.00
Homeopathic analysis:  $35.00

Email medical response (simple): $25.00
Email medical response (complex): $35.00

**Please note:  most chronic conditions often require a 1-2 hour initial consult.  

  After Hours Emergency Phone Fee: 
$55.00 (plus time consulting)
Insurance Prep:
$20.00 but fees can vary based on time spent

Remedies and supplements are charged for separately and may have a shipping and handling fee depending on the size of package. Products are subject to Maine sales tax.
